Writing Center

One way in which Western International University (WIU) supports our students is through the WIU Writing Center. Available to registered students, the Writing Center provides sample proofreading assistance for standard course writing assignments. (Thesis or Capstone submissions are not accepted.) All assistance is provided via email.

Writing Center editors may allow no more than one hour to review a maximum of 25% of a document. A maximum of one paper per student per course will be allowed. All documents will be returned within three business days.

To use the Writing Center, students can email the paper as a Microsoft Word attachment to wiulrc@apollogrp.edu. For additional information, students can call the WIU Writing Center at 602-943-2311 or 866-WIU-INFO (948-4636).
