Credit Cards Accepted

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. You must be an authorized signer on the card, and the card limit must exceed the tuition costs. Debit cards displaying a credit card logo may be used to make payments, but may not be kept on file for third party billing or tuition reimbursement purposes.

Refunds

All fees, including those for application, assessment, independent study, books, and labs, are non-refundable.

Students are eligible for a tuition refund under the following conditions:

  • Withdrawal from a course after only one attendance and prior to the third class meeting of a 3-credit course - refund 100% of tuition paid.
  • Withdrawal from a course after two attendances and prior to the fourth class meeting of a 3-credit course - refund of 75% of tuition paid.
  • There is no refund available for 1-credit courses that the student has attended.
  • Students who begin a program under Provisional Status pending the completion of their admission file and who are subsequently denied admission are eligible for a refund of the full tuition amount for any course in which they are currently enrolled. Tuition will not be refunded for any completed courses.
  • Tuition paid for a course from which the student withdraws during the refund period will remain on account to apply to the next course taken. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Finance Office. The University requires 30 days for processing.

Withdrawal

Non-attendance for a course does not constitute withdrawal. To withdraw from a course, notify the Office of Student Records of your intent. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide this official notification within the time frames specified above. If you fail to notify the Office of Student Records within the time specified, you will be charged full tuition.

You may change your finance plan provided you are in compliance with your current chosen payment plan. To change options, you must meet with your Finance Counselor and complete a new Student Finance Agreement along with any other required forms.
